Ticket Cancellation by Customer

• Tickets once purchased are non-refundable anon-transferable.
• No refund will be provided for non-attendance or late arrival.

Event Postponement

• If the event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new dates. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduling.

Partial Cancellation

• No refunds will be issued in case of postponement or partial schedule changes (such as changes in performances, activities, or timings).

Force Majeure

• The organiser will not be liable for refunds or compensation in case of cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other emergencies.
